Hotel looks nice clean and bed was comfy

Too far away from everything..need to take a trike or jeepney if you want to go around and most of the trysikel driver charged too much.

Great atmosphere and excellent hotel personnel.

The bedspring was moving and it was impossible to seat at the top of the bed... Quite annoying! The swimming pool is great but too close to the lobby and restaurant, actually, nobody was using it during my stay of 4 days... Light is continuously ON on the room balcony as well as two low lightings inside my room without any possibility to switch OFF...

The staff and security were very friendly and the food was good too

The place was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, whose name I can't remember, was especially courteous and helpful. He was a delight to talk to during my stay. The location was perfect to access anything and everything you want in the city. The amenities inside the room leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, I would stay there again. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

The pool was dirty and the noise coming from the floor above me was intolerable at times. Not too many television stations to watch.

Wifi did not reach the room. Check in was 3pm, we arrived at 3:30pm and the room was still not ready. Had to follow up at 4pm if it was ok and the lady on the reception was still unsure and had to go up herself to confirm.

staff were good until we had to deal with reception, the lady at the counter could not handle my complaint, she would escalate and be on the defensive, we were charged for extra pillows, it’s not a lot of money , only 75 peso per pillow but it’s the principle, already the room rate is high, why charge extra

The hotel team is very Professional and Friendly. Restaurant in the lobby has great quality and lots of meal choices, at very reasonable prices. WiFi signal is strong and reliable.

Only concern was the bed in room 211, it was very soft and due for replacement. On past trips I have stayed in other rooms and those beds were excellent.

The hotel is not listed as a location on Grab cab maps so we had to keep choosing Red Planet ad then get off at Savannah.

The lady staff at the front desk where exceptional at their jobs and very efficient and caring!

The fact that I was placed on the same floor as their renovations. The restaurant kept getting my orders wrong. It's super hot in the building and hallways if you're not in your room.

Pool is great! Very clean and not too busy

We have paid for a 5 year old's meal knowing little kids donot eat too much, not fair. Breakfast wasn't free for all guests just like what was advertised. Buffet bfast is better and kids (max. 2) should be free of charge just like all other hotels.

The food they serve is very salty in general...The room is non smoking however it's stinking. I had a headache because of the room was very smelly like a cigarette during our stay.The staff are not helpful at all! Nobody around in the swimming pool area to serve or give the towels...

I could have been told when I checked in that I would not have a mini bar or toiletries in the room. The staff could have requested that the drunks at the bar refrain from singing through the night just in case guests wanted to SLEEP.

And in fact a lot of hotel I must say that there is still a hotel that has several problems. this is not the first time I come here and every time I had small disappointments but then I leave a comment because it is really too much. And took a room which with taxes costs 4000 pesos for a night in a corner as you leave yourself and in the Philippines it is rather expensive and so we expect to have something of quality. Trouble arriving in the room. The air conditioning is far too powerful it is impossible to properly adjust the flow to have something suitable. Every time you catch a cough or runny nose. Then come the toilet how many times did it happen to me to have a toilet that just gets clogged with a piece of paper bag once it's done the simple commission. I do not explain to you when you make the big what happens. Having taken a room with a jacuzzi so I wanted to test the jacuzzi and cold water was non-existent. That hot water. The faucet was broken. In the room itself one of the lamps did not work on the bedside. I find it unfortunate that a hotel like this is so many faults in each room because it is high prices and we expect something perfect. I will not quibble for a mark on a wall or a piece of parquet a little off but when it touches elements that are useful it really bothers me. I do not think of going back to this hotel because there are other hotels and Airbnb just as suitable and cheaper. If I can advise something to the manager of the establishment is to put a person in place to check every time someone else leaves the complete room and test the elements one by one. It does not really matter to have a room with so many faults for new guests. moreover the taxes should be included in the price on Booking because it is clear and clear that the price with taxes is not at all the same. It would therefore be logical that it be charged to the total price and not a surprise when we arrive at the reception.

First, the room smelled like cigarette smoke even in a non-smoking room. The slippers were not complimentary and there were no towels provided at the pool area. The swimming pool area was full of cockroaches. During our swim I counted at least 6 cockroaches by the sun tanning beds. Lastly, the hot chocolate from the breakfast spread was not hot, at all.

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, great shower water pressure and nice pool area.

Butter portion packet was refrigerated, so impossible to spread on toast.
